Fort Bend County officials warn residents to be wary of anyone who contacts them about jury duty or similar issues and asks them for their personal information. The scam is be used to obtain information, such as social security numbers, birth dates�or credit card numbers,�that could be used for identity theft or other fraud, officials said.
